Postage rules:

Domestic shipping within UK:

Up to £9.99:	£1.99
Between £10.00 and £24.99	£2.99
Between £25.00 and £49.99	£3.99
Above £50.00	£4.99

 We aim to post items within two days of ordering so you should receive your goodies within 5 days!  If your order is particularly large, complex or a custom order we will email you within 24 hours to advise a timescale.   As a lot of the fabrics are imports, custom orders can be delayed if we do not have the fabric in stock.  Again, we will advise you within 24 hours if this is the case.

International shipping:

We are more than happy to ship internationally, however, please email sales@kitschycoo.co.uk before ordering for a postage calculation.

Payments:

We accept Paypal orders through the website, however, I will accept cheques if you want to arrange this through an email to sales@kitschycoo.co.uk

Returns:

We accept returns of merchandise in an unused condition within three weeks of your purchase.  You will be offered store credit or a refund, less the shipping cost.   

Custom orders cannot be returned unless they are defective as the fabric has been specifically cut and sewn for you.

In the unlikely event that an item is defective, please send an email to returns@kitschycoo.co.uk and we will liase as to how best to rectify the situation, whether that be a refund (including shipping) or a replacement.
